I started taking a photography class at the beginning of May, so i've been taking lots of photos recently.  here are some random snaps from these past two weeks; featuring Katie, the moon, Abby, a duck, a squirrel, and Emily.

Last weekend, I was the "official photographer" of a national speech & debate tournament.  now, you must understand; I much prefer taking photos of events that inspire me.  so, since speech & debate is definitely not the most inspiring thing in my opinion, I had to really look for inspiration.  like in the photo above, I looked out the window and saw a stranger with really pretty hair standing in the parking lot––how can I not take a photo of that?
